Your console
ampa.chat/console: what needs doing, who is waiting, and everything your agent is working from.
Sign in at ampa.chat/console with the login we set up for you. Everything in it is yours alone: you cannot see another business, and no other business can see you.
Home

The page opens with what needs your attention, in that order and on purpose.
Finish setting up appears only while something is unfinished, and lists just the things that are blocking you, each with the reason. Once your business is live it disappears entirely rather than sitting there with six ticks on it.
Waiting on you is the reason to log in. These are people your agent promised something to where the promise has not been kept. Each one shows their name, how long they have been waiting, their email or phone if they gave one, and the promise itself in the words the agent used. Open the conversation from the same row to read everything that was said around it. If it says nobody is waiting, that is the good state and it says so plainly.

Today is three numbers underneath: conversations since midnight, how many left contact details, and how many are waiting on you.
Setup
Six checks that say whether your agent is genuinely ready, each with a plain reason when it is not. See Setup, the six steps for what each one means.
Ask Ampa
Ask about your own leads in plain language. See Ask Ampa for what it can answer.
What Ampa knows
Every fact your agent has about your business, and the place to correct one. It is also where you write the answers you want given to the questions customers actually ask, and where you tell Ampa to read your website again after you have changed it. See What Ampa knows.
Conversations

Every conversation your agent has had, newest first. Open one to read exactly what was said, what was captured and what was promised. If you need to step in, you can, and the agent stands back once you have spoken.
Channels
Where you connect the places customers reach your agent. Your website chat and email are here, and this is where you connect your own Telegram bot, a job of a couple of minutes. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger appear here to connect as they roll out. Whatever the channel, it is the same agent and the same brief. See Your channels.
Languages
Which languages your visitors are actually arriving in, and, as an upgrade, the switch that lets the agent answer in them. The report is worth reading before you decide, because it tells you whether anyone is being made to talk to you in a language that is not their own. See Speaking their language.
Signing in, and if you forget your password
Your console is at ampa.chat/console. Sign in with the email and password you chose when you set up. Most of the time you will not need them: every email Ampa sends you carries a sign-in link that opens the right screen without a password, and the guided setup at ampa.chat/start offers "Email me a sign-in link" for whenever you want one.
Forgot your password? Press Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, on the setup page, or in the Ampa Chat settings inside WordPress. Type your email and we send a link to choose a new one. The link works for an hour and your old password stays valid until you have chosen the new one.
Billing
Your plan and what it costs. When online payment is switched on, there is a button here to pay and activate your account. If payment is not switched on yet, the screen simply says so rather than pretending otherwise.
Your products, or listings, or services
This menu item is named after your trade, because a car is not a listing and a treatment is not a product. A shop sees Products, an estate agency sees Listings, a dealership sees Vehicles, a school sees Programmes, a clinic sees Treatments, a quoted service sees Services.
If your business sells the conversation itself rather than a list of things, the menu item is not there at all. An empty shelf you can never fill is worse than no shelf.
What is deliberately not here
Anything about other businesses, and our own internal quality scoring of the model. The first is isolation. The second would not help you: it is a smoke alarm wired to us, and when it goes off, we are the ones who act on it.
