Ask Ampa

Ask about your own leads in plain language, and get answers built from your real data.

Ask Ampa is a second assistant that works for you rather than for your visitors. It reads your pipeline and answers questions about it. It is in your console under Ask Ampa, and if you run WordPress it is also in your own admin under Ampa Copilot.

What you can ask

Who is waiting on me? People your agent promised something to where the promise is not yet kept. Each one comes with what was promised.

Show me my hottest leads. The warmest enquiries right now, ranked, with what each person wanted and how to reach them.

Today's numbers. Conversations, how many left contact details, how many are waiting on you.

What did Francis want? Name anyone who has talked to your agent and get their story back: the products they asked about, their own words, and where the conversation stopped.

What it will not do

It cannot send anything, change anything or delete anything. Everything it can do is a read. If you ask it to email someone, it will tell you it cannot, rather than pretending.

That is deliberate for now. Sending on your behalf is being built, and when it arrives every send will be shown to you as a card that says exactly what will go to whom, and nothing leaves until you press confirm.

Why the answers are trustworthy

The numbers in an answer are not written by the model. They are calculated first, and then the model is only allowed to phrase what was calculated. If any figure in the phrasing does not match the data, the phrasing is thrown away and you get the plain version instead. It cannot round, estimate, or invent a total to make a sentence read better.

If it says it has no key

On the WordPress screen only, the copilot needs an operator token pasted into Settings, Ampa Chat first. Ask us for one. In the console it needs nothing: signing in is proof enough of who you are.
